The photo shows the left side Italian flag badge - front to rear / left to right - green, white, red. Should the right side be the opposite and be reversed so that front to rear is green, white, red? I did this with American Flag decals on my GT.

Bump - I'd really appreciate a few opinions on my question above regarding the orientation of the right side flag badge.

In my opinion it should always be green-white-red left to right, because that's how the Italian flag is.

I posted this on another thread, but here is mine tricolor flag edge on my Speciale. Went with 0.75in gap. Quality is great, OEM like!

Got my side badges/flags from Dermott last year. Finally got to put them on the car last week. Look brilliant !! ( although I put them on the wrong way round the first time and was up gone midnight with a hairdryer taking them off ) .
Great quality and looks great !

I ordered this for my white 488 Spider that arrives in a few weeks. I saw it on a 488GTB in London and asked my US dealer if it was available.

So, I can only speak for myself, and haven't yet taken delivery, but from my perspective is was easy to add.

Before I put mine on the car, two colors literally fell out! Had to superglue them back in!

Haven’t yet mounted it to the car...waiting for the green to fall out first!

I had the same problem on mine.... the white section fell out. I glued it back in and haven't had a problem with it since.

Me too, sort of. Unfortunately the white strip was coming off and was lifting a bit, so when I wiped it with a microfiber cloth, it caught on it and not only pulled it off, but it snapped! It was, however, a clean break, and after I superglued it back, you can't see any damage unless you look in very strong light and at just the right angle.

I'm going to order one today. So what is the "official" gap size off the top of the rear emblem on a 458 Italia?
