Waow! These videos are stunning! The Man find the way to do a very nice video about his F40. I love the color for the car, cream leather, and new steering wheel. Around the engine, it seems he changed nothing, personally I like the original tubi escape. Thank you Christian, I will put these videos in my collection..you make my day with that!!

Joe this USA spec 1991 F40 was another private sale then to a person at Gentry Lane Ferrari in Toronto Canada? The F40 stayed there at the dealership along with the 288 GTO which arrived six years earlier. Both models were shown together in the showroom at the dealership in 1991 but were never modified for Canadian registration for road use. Just the occasional trip through Yorkville on a 'dealer plate'. There were some F40 photographs taken at night out in the city but they are no longer available. Though the GTO was usually kept downstairs in the basement of the building. Image Unavailable, Please Login .
The EE (Escursionisti Esteri) plates prove this car was a Private purchase and picked up at Maranello and driven away. That said it is a genuine Tipo USA F40 which (unlike his GTO) did not need to be compliance modified. I believe the car is in a prominent USA collection now.
Joe thank you for your observations here! The rub was that the USA had a 2.5 MPH bumper standard and Canada had a different 5 MPH bumper standard. This meant the F40 could not be registered for street use even as a USA spec. Ironically Canada has the 15 year rule that then allows in any euro spec F40 or USA spec car. 15 years after the build month the car is legal to register in Canada with very little extra requirements.
I think the first owner of that F40 knew he could send it over to the USA anytime where it was legal.

As soon as he realized that he could not reach the controls to be able to drive an F40 he started crying, its completely understandable!
Christian, this is not the same car, the F40 with dog is azzurodino amd the F40 blu is metallic paint.
Yes, in most cases exactly my thought but there are some examples were i like the other way, Bernd Hahnes Blu Pozzi and as example this one, which is for sale at Martini Garage in Germany, with a nice cuoio colour Alcantara upholstery...
