Now these are great news!!! 1120034 originally had the very desirable (and unique) livery Verde Medio / Tabacco (featured in a book that you can acquire cheaply - see pages 25 and 33 in "Lamborghini Countach" by Graham Robson, I bought it for 6 GBP). To me, this is one of the liveries to have, together with Verde Rio / Bianco and the "common" but super nice Giallo Fly / Tabacco.
Thank you so much for the tip! I am going to buy the book right away. Any information or picture of the history of the car is highly appreciated! I have some scarce info but I'd love to get more. I also feel that this colour combination is amazing, actually, it is the green prototype Countach on the brochure that injected me the car virus so many years ago. So, owning 1120034 really feels special. Now there is a lot of work to be done, but that's also part of the fun! Giallo fly/tobacco is also marvelous and so iconic for an LP400.
Thanks a lot! It is very exciting indeed and I'll keep all of you posted. It is going to be a slow process as I don't want to rush and make things right. Thanks also, great journey indeed! The restoration thread will follow, hopefully it'll be as entertaining and interesting than the other ones. That's right, plenty of spares in the end of the process! Actually, I've got quite a bit from the previous life of the car and from things I've collected during the years, but I am sure I'll need the help of the community to track down some unobtanium bits! Thanks a lot!

Congrats on your LP400!! A dream comes true! Well, almost... but on a very good way! The black LP400 is actually #1120212... Same photoshooting with #1120034, while being serviced at the factory during summer 1976. I've been in touch with the second owner (who brought the car from Luxemburg into the USA circa 1978) several times and will be truly excited to helping you with the restoration process! You may get more in Private Messages, unless you wish to make everything public...
WOW! huge congrats on a special car i cannot wait to see the resto begin it is the most funny part or one of here i think i may be able to help
Looks like the central midtunnel Piece is still in place, also the Panels on the doors look like just added on top of the original Lp400 parts. That's already a good start.
Looks like you found my video - Unfortunatey this was one of my first experiences with YouTube. I'll post some photos of the car tonight though. The customer brought the car in for a full mechanical restoration. Pictured is Enrico (owner of Valtellina).
