Anyone running 17x8 in front on their 308 gts? I'm about to order rims from Superformance
Superformance don't do 17x8. However, the racers use 16x8 on all 4 corners running 245/45 - makes tyre use easier, gives better turn in, and gives the front a nice stance. BTW, 17x8 will fit on the front - the holy grail being Compomotive TS-17 17x8 F, 17x9 R. Have a look at Miketuason's avatar pic.
Sorry ...typo and clarification Anyone running 16x8s in front without body mods? If so what tire size as well?
Like I said, 16x8 will fit on the front in 245/45. A nice upgrade if you're on 16x7 F and 16x8 R is 225/50 F and 245/45 R. Standard is 205/50 F and 225/55 rear from memory. Mods, please amalgamate the threads.
