    Thank you so much for that, took me 4 days to find this. Stop fuse 10 amp keeps blowing behind passenger seat; I am assuming it's the tail gate latch. What do you think.

    Possibly a shorted bulb. Try removing them to see if the fuse remains ok. I'm not sure how you'd isolate the high stop light other than by opening the engine lid.
