Bingo! A good run always sorts me out 5klms in and..'It's the same car!" Now I can eat dinner in peace (to be continued)
Brendan's car got to about $97k if I remember correctly. I spoke to Brendan last week. He was trying to sell the car and get a replacement before the Nat rally. As it was, he took the GT4 down, as it didn't sell, and will now just wait. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
How olds this photo the car looks in very good condition Im assuming the second lighter blu is the more recent photo and by the looks is in super condition.
Well it's essentially the same car, only now it has a proper driver behind the wheel...................................................when he has the chance...
A modded car with roll cage etc is always going to be a tough sell, you have to consider who is the target buyer, it's a very small group. Particluarly when it comes to older cars, the the demand is for unmodified, original cars that need nothing and can be driven tomorrow. M
Perhaps, but this is one that has all the original stuff to return to original including the manual p/steer.
It's nice Adam but I'm a sucker for Blu Ferrari's ,I'm bias (,Throttle shop's always a little steep mind you they get some incredible motors through their doors) great pics love the wheels holy crap I can't unsee that ! So that car ended up getting fixed ? And the result is the beautiful light blue car ?
c car is back in Qld. Highest bidder was a Fiat buddy who fancies it as a track car (excellent pedaller, would be a giant slayer in that car), but he won't pay 'collector' price for it...
Yep,not so beautiful but probably one of the most usable without mothering it,Ferrari's you could ever want. It was 'fixed' by price and not quality in the body, and properly geometrically and, when I eventually got it to my mechanic on the drive home, mechanically after a 'few' things were sorted.... Therefore the car drives and acts as a 308 GT4 should but looks like my aventador(or whatever it's called),in the top left hand side of my post.
You've got to hand it to the guy who restored it that's incredible, thanks for the photos Simon and indeed the tale of 2 cars .
