Does any try CTEK battery mentainer on 458?

    Hello Guys,

    I saw on Ebay CTEK battery maintainer which it fit into Ferrari 458.

    Does anyone tried it? Do you recommend it? or better to buy from the dealer?

    I used a CTEK maintainer on my 430 and it was fine. For my 458 I use the Ferrari unit which it came with.

    Ferrari maintainer is made by CTEK. I dont remember which CTEK model, but it should be easy to look up. The manula that came with my OEM product says CTEK on the back page.

    CTEK plugged into my 458, been using it for the last 12 months. The oem model is made by CTEK, compare the prices with a Ferrari charger and a CTEK labelled one.

    The OEM Ferrari CTEK is the exact same tender as CTEK 4.3 model, except with a different connector. The 4.3 is a low-mid range item in their product line, but still has a lot of great features.

    I've upgraded mine to a CTEK 7002. Probably not necessary but it can prolong the life of the battery a bit.

    Actually I found on Ebay battery maintainers which it fit into 458s and its cheaper comparing to the Ferrari battery maintainer. I think I will order one.

    search up CTEK Ferrari adaptor. I bought mine off of EBay for about $60. Rip off pricing but couldn't find anything cheaper, and it works without issue.

    Buy a ctek 4.3, then order a 3€ connector reference MBG4P1 on radiospare or elsewhere and you get exactly the F charger (except the red sticker) for a third of the price.
