No worries, thanks Not many people play with security and those that do lie about their ability ........ I'm a genius at it I have a workaround in place but i'd like a more elegant fix than scripting intermittent pings from the ASA end .... I am a Ferrari driver after all and we like to look good, not just be good

An interesting Bugatti(old) story. http://www.velocetoday.com/de-dietrich-and-the-paris-madrid-bugatti/
This bloke has been ****ting on big oil for years but now that they give him some money to promote it they are best friends.
A 289 with Weslake heads, quad IDA's, etc will make 500hp all day long. That car got away from the line quickly enough, I'd say his temp guage was climbing too fast, so he was not giving it so much by the halfway mark - Mangustas were always marginal on cooling.
Good (but not great) to drive up to about 80mph, then serious nose lift. But who cares, I think they're drop dead beautiful. Another Giugiaro masterpiece.
They are improving with age, I had a good look at Dean Martin’s sons car at MC, unique in having a removable roof. Other little tid bit is the 289 and Alfa Montreal share the same odd firing order.
Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Just changed my oil cap on the 308 with one bought from SP in the U.K.....The OEM one on my car has 2 rivets that hold the butterfly on.....The ones that I keep getting are a single rivet setup which keep failing ( this was the 2nd one I had bought at 17 pounds each ).......Last night I went to undo the cap as it was leaking through the single rivet and the butterfly pulled through and I heard the clunk of it dropping into the engine.....I thought #%#% but it was easy to pickup with a magnet......So anyone thinking of replacing their cap make sure it's the twin riveted one.........
....Or you could go to ebay and buy one there.... https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Engine-Oil-Filler-Cap-Ford-Case-IH-Universal-Farmliner-and-Fiat/162529282346?hash=item25d780092a:g:~C4AAOSw--1Wr~xC http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Fiat-Universal-Oil-Caps-x2-NOS-Fitting-Diameter-38mm/282603931818?hash=item41cc81c8aa:g:iEoAAOSwjn9Zilna
