Man that's unfortunate..Hopefully the insurance check was more than adequate and owner didn't get rear ended twice.

    Where is Copart?

I would love to have that Euro-spec front bumper for my car.

Maybe 4 years ago (when 308 QV values were MUCH lower) that amount of damage might have been a write-off, but now? I don't believe there's nearly enough damage to write off that car. I wonder what the insurance appraiser assessed the damage at, and what value they used for the car...

Could go either way. Looks like both rear quarters are buckled, indicating sheet metal and substructure pushed downward. Not sure why the top is setting the way it is, usually if it doesn't fit correctly pretty good bet the door gaps won't be correct either but that doesn't seem the case. Guessing that the top just isn't set in to place correctly.

Because the entire rear fender is crunched. There is a crease above the wheel arch.

Yeah I get that. Owned a body shop for 30 years. Normally if the roof line was jacked up you would see the gap between the door/ rear quarters enlarged also and that isn't the case.
Either way, there is some inner structure damage that needs to be addressed if they decide to rebuild this. Parts car IMO
