I am pretty certain this is 4381, which is gracing the cover of Cavallino this month.

Beautiful car, if I could have one 1960's front engine V12 it would be this car.

    Thanks for the pictures.

Apart from the tacky shield it looks like a period 10k rpm chronometric unit, not so bad if so...

Was also offered at Rick Cole's Monterey sale in 2016 but the asking price was clearly enough that it didn't sell.

nothing wrong with going fishing, unfortunately for the seller, no bites...

based on rarity alone, each of the 330 LMB should command premium value, almost each of the 4 - 330 LMB are unique from each other

A car like this would have done better at Gooding & Co. OR RM Sothebys because unlike a relatively well known and dare I say it common GTO, a 330LMB takes a little explanation and the two aforementioned have extraordinary marketing skill that could have created a deal.......

Both RM and Gooding are very selective about the cars they sell. If the owner was simply asking too much then they likely passed on the car before it went to Rick Cole. Most of the top dollar cars are shopped around to each of the top auction houses before selecting.

no one could have sold the car at the offered price,... especially not using notable broker, the short period of time since his purchase and significant markup over cost... F car buyers generally have fair knowledge of market pricing and are resourceful about prior sales...

With only 4 made. What is a car like this truly worth today?
