A word of CAUTION to folks doing, or contemplating doing, business with Yellow Compass. If you are transferring any monies between you and Yellow Compass be aware that there is very good reason to get your money up front. I was a vendor to the company and have been without payment for services since January, June and July 2016. And it's a sizable amount of money! I've been promised, insulted, lied to and treated like dirt. I have no ax to grind. I just want to be paid. I did the work requested, submitted invoices and have not gotten dime one in 16 months. I imagine that I am not alone on this either. If you're in the same situation as I am, good luck. The investor told me "Sorry... ...you made your deal with... ...and you have to conclude with him. I will not get between you both." So it has the appearance that the money has been shut off. If so, for what reason? I'm not saying don't do business with him. Just exercise CAUTION.
No ax to grind, yeah right. There are always 2 sides to a story. Yours sounds like sour grapes to me.
I wasn’t expecting to see this issue crop up again. I’m sorry that it has spilled over into Ferrarichat. This is concerning a real estate lease for storage, and does not involve a car purchase or sale. When we started the company years ago, we looked for and found a close by storage facility for our inventory. This arrangement was made in the summer and by the time winter rolled around, we discovered that there were issues with the facility’s heating system and some problems with the pipes. These issues caused us some additional expenses that winter. We were hoping to extend our lease with this individual if he was able to offer some tenant improvements to the space to expand and fix the heating system, provide a new restroom and expand to allow a better showroom visitor experience. We simply needed some more creature comforts as we expanded and wanted to get those based on our leasing rate. We went back and forth seeing how we could meet on an extended lease with these tenant improvements. Unfortunately we couldn’t see eye to eye so we moved to a different location. We paid a final bill for the lease . Leaving a $4000 difference that we felt the landlord should have covered. This amount deducted what we felt were costs the landlord should have covered based on his property’s issues. We felt we had strong ground to stand on and are happy to resolve this in front of a Judge in small claims court based on the contracts and agreements. We hadn’t heard anything about this issue in quite some time until this post. Hopefully fellow members will be able to filter out our disagreement over leased space some time ago with how we regularly sell great priced exhausts and help others find and sell great Ferrari’s. Mike
This is how all businesses should respond to these sorts of posts. Calmly. With explanation. Not in red font. Best. Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
With a screen name like hateloozen And the red font. I would venture to say alcohol is part of the equation too.
$4K has been written off. Plus some. But that doesn't make it okay to walk away from responsibility. We take pride in our work. We do it very well. We work for our money with the idea that at the end of the job well done we get paid for our work. Isn't that the way it should be? That's what I was taught.
Not to nitpick, but do you hate to lose or hate to loose? I mean I like things as tight as the next guy but...
Did OP just admit to accusing the wrong person (vendor)? If so, he should get credit for owning up to his mistake. That red font on the other page still has me dizzy!
So what was it that was done? We did something to someone and we didn't get paid. Did you file an action in small claims court as documented prior? So nebulous...
You have come here to allege that a forum sponsor has done you harm. You have no prior post history so the members of this forum will question your credibility. You may wish to post factual details about this alleged claim otherwise the members here will assume you are nothing other than a troll
Thanks for the clarification. My mistake. I had assumed that the OP had changed the subject with his 4 brief sentences.
Whatever that has transpire, it all boils down to this: If it's not in writing, you lose. BTW, the red font I think is a bug on this website. It has happen to me before.
