MalibuGuy send me your email and I can send you a picture of the Diamond finish wheels. Was just at the Ferrari store in NY and selected those wheels.
Whew!!! Have you considered an interior color anole the lines of Tortora? With blue stitching and horse? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Not sure what “anole” means... I meant “along the lines”... also, I think Cuio always goes well with the blues... Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I recall Jag likes the SF shield on the headrest instead of the horse as seen on some of his earlier Ferrari builds. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's v true - that's why il see at TM the mix of Giallo and electricco with various accents to see which works .....
Hope it went well at graypaul yesterday ..? Any further details /thoughts on the TM after your visit there yesterday ..?
That's how I'm plannng it at the moment- I have a vivid imagination -probably mainly yellow with blue accents , lines and some panels..... but as always , when there , with the configurater and TM everything is up for change ....
Well said !! Kojak was bold but cool "who loves ya baby ?!".....mix bias of blue /yellow up for change ( actyaully everything is ) - interior would yes have stitched shields headrests and outside painted shields as per my TDF ( and previously my alonso)...
Some blue and yellow combinations> Blu Elettrico is such a bold color (just an idea as no one has combined the Blu Elettrico with a yellow stripe yet) I think it should dominate. As you can see on the yellow painted tdF the blue can also be an effective accent color. Indeed, once you get in the room anything is possible! An 812 with Rosso Cordoba paint would be a first to. The darker yellow of the painted shields against the dark paint color... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm liking your style!! The stripes I'm thinking more highlighting/accent lines rather than a single longitudinal stripe.... That Rosso Cordoba with yellow sounds enticing ...!!
Back when the Challenge Stradale was introduced with that big white stripe with bit of green and red there were mixed reactions to the idea. Maybe 3 in 10 customers ordered the stripe. As time went on and the stripe became more visible, people embraced the stripe idea. The cars without a stripe began to look incomplete almost naked. Aftermarket stripes started to appear for those who had missed the boat. The Scuderia promoted the stripe idea further with a choice of designs and colors. From that point the stripes became a very popular feature. This in turn led to the historic livery designs and even more choices. While the stripe idea is not for everyone I would at least consider the potential stripe and color choices available. Long way of saying give the stripe a chance. One thing the stripe option has done is make the pin stripe lines appear somewhat weak and meager compared to a broad slash of color with a stripe! my 2 cents...

Don't listen to that, blue is in right now big time!!! Get the blue you want or you'll be sorry you didn't get what you wanted
Took a strong liking to the Grigio Scuro Metallic car they had there. Not been a fully paid up member of the World Council of Grey but I must say, this colour looks great. I have a Silverstone Lusso arriving soon and I took a picture of a GS 458. It didn’t look a patch on the Scuro Metallic. Mega colour. Another car had wide grain carbon, which is TM only I believe. That also looked excellent and is subtle but noticeable to those who know what to look for. It looks really good. Lastly, the painted shields. The cost is a bit unfathomable but they look sooooo good. On the 812 they might prove irresistible to me since the enamel shields look a little too small on the 812, which has quite a large area for them to fill. When are you doing your TM spec?
I agree that if going for stripes that the effect is totally changed depending on the thickness , start and finish points over the bonnet and boot etc that needs the real time configuration with the TM team to actually do on screen in front of you then adapt till it looks just right...
The good news with the TM session is that so many more greys will be available to you for you to compare if grey membership comes true ! The hand painted ( airbrushed) shields would definitely 'restore the visual balance ' of the large side panels - costly , but it so changes the side impact of the car ..... excited for you . I should have an idea in next day or two re the date I may go- they haven't confirmed possible dates available for me but originally hoping for Jan/Feb but unsure now- I have a combination of vacation in Jan ( with some business added on ), then a long vacation in February , and small foreign couple of business trips in march so I. Summary - I'm not sure which "window " will work-
