Hello Everyone, I am setting up a 99 mile drive through the roads in Clermont and S. Lake County on Sunday Dec 10 at 7:45 am. There will be a stop a Yalaha Bakery and it will end at Bella Collina. I have about 13 cars (458s, R8s, GT3/RS, M Cars, F-type, etc.)that will be driving with us. The roads and weather should be great that day. If I get the air conditioning straightened out in my 1996 Porsche 993, I will be there, I will just park off to the side
My back story is my P-car has been up on the car lift for the last three weeks with most of the front trunk emptied of the fuel tank, fuse block and the air box. I had to replace the evaporator, the two cabin fans, A/C drier and while in there rebuild the A/C compressor. I just got everything back together with only a few leftover screws. But everything seems to work fine as I measured 31 degrees F at the center cabin vent. I will be getting a shop to double check my Freon pressures, etc... just to be safe. That is a pix of the crapped out evaporator. The r&r for that was a PITA! Now that it is done, I will be there Sat the 23 rd. Just maybe we will be having a heat wave that day
