My car arrived in May. These are really spectacular. The mini model is really dead-on with my specs (even the carbon fiber rear diffuser). The carbon fiber box is to display a stainless steel 488 GTB model as well as a place for one of my key fobs. For others who recently received their new cars or have one on order, these are nice treats to look forward to. For all the grief some like to dump on Ferrari, as an actual client I couldn’t be more pleased with how they treat me.

    Three tips for new buyers regarding these items:

    - Be certain you establish your “myferrari” online account. This is very important. Before these items were sent to me, I received an email weeks ago on my “myferrari” account from the factory (not via my email address) that stated that they were sending me a special gift and wanted to verify my address.

    - Stay on your dealer and make sure they check on your behalf if you have not received your gift after a few months.

    - You can also check with Ferrari customer support via email and inquire. I have found their conceirge service to be excellent and very responsive.

    Nice. I never got my 458 model which was disappointing but did get my 488 GTB model. I Haven’t gotten my Spider model yet but I did recently receive a very nice small Ferrari embossed leather attaché that had a nice letter inside.

    I also received the Marchione letter about a month after I got my car. I’m sure you’ll get the other items in time.

    I’ve never seen this “gift option” on the my ferrari page. I just looked at mine after reading this post and still don’t see it can you elaborate on where it is?

    Sure. It isn’t an option. In my case, I received an email in my in-box from Ferrari about two months ago asking to verify my address. Keep in mind, I just received my gifts and I got my car in May.

    I just checked my personal page on the Ferrari website and saw an option for "Request my gift." When I selected it, it pulled up my address page and asked me to confirm. There was also a note indicating my dealer would contact when my gift was ready. There was no indication of what the "gift" is, nor any timeline for delivery.

    Yes. This is precisely what I received. Your dealer will get the package that I showed in my photos and they will send it to you.

    I received the letter, however never received the toy car or key holder.

    They come months after the letter. My suggestion is that you check your myferrari account and see if they sent you a verify email. Whether they did or not, take some further initiative. Email them - they respond and they do help. Also call your dealer. They are items worth going the extra mile for, whether you should have to or not.

    Right there by the picture of your car there is a menu with a few options such as "Photo on Production" "manuals" "car details" and "I sold it" there should be another option for gift.
