Jist put the 4C Spider up for sale. It is Basalt Grey with Black Leather and red stitching. The car is in West Los Angeles. Reason for selling is I live abroad and just don't get to drive it hardly at all. It has just under 2K miles. When abroad the car has been stored at a specialty exitics/collectible car storage facility.

    Here are the options:

    Basalt Grey Matallic ($700)

    Spider Convenience Group ($900)

Carbon Fiber Interior Trim Group ($2,000)

    Spider Track Package ($1,600)

    Car Cover ($400)

    Bi-Xenon ($1,000)

    Front Fascia Protective Film ($1,500)

    Factory Sport Tuned Exhaust ($500)

    18" and 19" Forged 5-hole wheels ($2,500)

Alfa Yellow performance brake calipers ($300)

Also Eurocompulsion V2 ECU and V2 air intake brand new in box uninstalled.*

    MSRP 78,895

    Price: 68K OBO

    Thank you.

It is really fun to drive--a real experience. Really like what they have done in that it is kind of an old school car with new technology.

The ECU is in but the air intake is not. I feel like it is just the right amount as it is, but really curious about how it is with the intake.

Love this car. The gray metallic paint really makes the design pop dramatically. GLWS

Carbon tubbed cars require a little more gymnastics. Once in legroom seems decent actially. I am a hair over 6ft and find it just right.

Its a great car but time as passed me bye - my daughter has a full tracked out Lotus Excige S and they have to take the roof for me so I don't bother them (Back is too bad) but I stay right on their butts in my Scud

Beautiful car and awesome deal compared to msrp. Shame you have to sell it for loss.

Just cant see how alfa expects to sell them at 80k new though.

Definitely not a car for everyone. Very lightweight and raw with very few creature comforts. I wouldn't recommend it for those who don't want exactly that driving experience.

I can't see how Alfa makes money on this car given it has a hand laid carbon fiber tub. My hunch is it is more of a statement then a car they expect to make alot of money on. Production numbers are too small for it to really matter anyway. For that they have the Giulia and SUV and the other models they offer in rest of the world.

Not surprised at all that most people in this price range would go for a more practical car with a larger sweet spot. For most a Boxster or Cayman is better because it is a more versatile car. It is almost as good as it's higher end brothers in Porsche's line up.

In fact the people I know with 4Cs have it as part of a larger collection and like the car because it offers a raw lightweight driving experience totally unlike their other cars. For them the alternative is definitely not the typical cars in the Alfa's price range.

This car is totally impractical and with a single focus at the expense of refinement. However that is partly why it is a driving experience like no other. Price no object.

IMHO, for that reason, in 10 years the Alfa 4C will be as fun of a flavor to have in the collection as it is today. The 10 year old creature comforts, gizmos, and storage of contemporary cars will offer very little value to a collector of driving experiences.

Those are my two cents. Really wish I spent more time in the US..would he easier to justify keeping it..

These cars have a presence in person that really doesn't come across in photographs. The stance is wide and low. Matt Farah described it as "choad-like". Visually the carbon tub is automotive porn. Functionally it is so stiff as makes everything else feel flexible. To me, it really is the next generation.

When another car friend and I were looking at 4cs we visited a dealer with an "L-shaped" showroom. As we walked around the corner a basalt grey 4c like this one "met" us head on. We were stopped in our tracks. It was breathtaking and we both let out an involuntary "wow".

This car puts a smile on my face like no other I have owned. Good luck to the seller. The next owner will have a blast in it!

I took a test drive in a 2017 4C Coupe back in August---MAJOR FUN!! I'm 6'3", so getting in and out required too much twisting for me, but I haven't driven their Spider with the roof off....that could be a different story. Legroom was fine for me, though....comfortable once sitting in the seat. I don't have the cash at the moment :( It is such a heart stopping car in person, too!!
