I have noticed in Multiple photos that your car does not have any plates attached to it...

How are you operating it on the roads In California State with out Plates....

Are you not concerned with getting cited for failure to display Plates and Tabs registration??

I dont think you could go 2 miles in my state without getting pulled over and cited.

And its not at ALL Petty....its a very valid question that I would like an answer to as I am sure many other correct Tax paying citizens that do the right thing here would like as well.

I think we ALL should call out any acts that are illegal, incorrect and cheating the system that others are paying into. Do you KNOW how much "un-collected" taxes go each year just by way of under hand actions of people out in the USA. I am sure everyone, including myself finds ways to reduce their tax burden...its the American Way, HOWEVER do it the LEGAL way, not by plain old BS and smoke and mirrors. I have a Auto Dealers License, #2546A, unlike you that does not have one. I have Dealer Plates that allow me to take a potential customer for a test drive, take it for service, take it to a show....ANYTHING that has to do with the sale and maintenance of the vehicle as LONG AS its in Dealer inventory. ALL my self owned Lamborghini's, 11 at last count ALL carry properly titled, registered and plated for the Roadways. ALL have had the State Sales Tax paid of 10.6% of selling Value as set by the State. Not a cheap little penny. I could "cheat" the system and run a Dealer plate back and forth on them....title them in the famous "Montana" LLC game.....BUT all that does is take away taxes that we ALL need to pay to keep the system going. I as well as you (at least I hope you are)a registered Voter. We vote and then until the law is changed, we abide by those laws. We do not get to choose and pick which ones we follow and which ones we dont. We ALL need to pay our portion. As the say ONLY thing thats for sure is "Death and Taxes".

So since you run a 8 minute 2 mile distance, dont drink dont smoke...I think its safe to say your not dead, so leaves you with one certainty, PAY TAXES. OH and since its been SO LONG since I have seen you, you should know my health has dramatically changed as well. I have not smoked since Halloween Oct 31, 2013. I do still have my occasional Don J 1942 Tequila AND ITS NOT cheap at all. You should also google the KNOW benefits of drinking 1-2 ounces of Tequila each day...you should try it, may get you even healthier. I KNOW you can afford it, you can pay it with the taxes you dont pay and side step. I also hit the gym 3 days a week for 75 minutes each time, I do push and pull, just benching over 245lbs currently (while only weighing 182lbs), do legs and shoulders on odd days. I run as you every other day, I admit I dont run 8 minutes....I dont know what speed I run at other then a do 2 1/2 miles in about 20 minutes or so. Really does good for the cardio. No more pop, candy, sugar...all that man made stuff has been cut out...and I can say I have never been healthier or happier. Maybe you run so fast because you keep looking over your shoulder for the California State Revenue man.

So to my point, YES I am calling you out..if I am WRONG, its very easy for you to say so and prove it.

You do NOT have Dealers License, according to the State of California....So you cant be running this car under inventory and affixing a Dealer plate to it. I mean AFTER ALL you have told EVERYONE the car is yours and not for sale....so if you DID have it in inventory holdings, then you have been lying to all of us as to it being your OWN car and or avoiding paying tax on it. Since YOU DO not have a Cali plate, registration and/or Title you sure as HELL saved a BUTT load of sales tax that YOU SHOULD have paid to the State as YOUR FAIR share of being a Law Abiding citizen and tax payer. I wont even get into ALL THE restoration work you had done that Sales Tax was NOT collected on those fee's......WOW oh WOW. Lets not even get into the taxes you fail to collect and pay on for all the "Car Brokering" you do...most are out of State transactions and would NOT require you to collect any Sales Tax (unless the sale was a IN STATE sale in California), which you have had and failed to do so as well. (all according tot he State of California Public Information release). You have an obligation when issued your business license to be the tax collector for the State and pass those taxes on to the State.

Now, I could easily be 110% wrong here. There VERY WELL could be a simple answer to all this...several of them are,

Everything is NOT in your name, such as your property, like your home, etc etc are in other close relatives names to avoid loosing them in a law suit or action of that sort.

You could just be saying I will run the risk and IF I GET caught I will pay the tax and the penalty fees, after all you wont go to Jail, the tax man just wants his taxes paid back...and the interest rates they charge are so low, you might as well borrow their money....but its not right OR Legal.

You may just be an "Employee" for Joe Sackey Classics LLC, just a figure head and all is in another Dealers Holding that you "run" your paperwork through.

Or you may truly have plates and paid all correctly for the car and you JUST dont want anyone to see your plates and get information on you via DMV. For $5.00 DMV will run the plate for anyone and give you ALL the info, legal owner, registered owner, lien holder if any, address of the above person(s) when tax and amount was paid, when plates expire and need re-payment for tabs, when it passed emissions and inspection, or if it failed as a "gross polluter".


Now I know as well as you, that you are going to spin this anyway you want with your fancy talking, side laughs, insults, talking down calling out my grammar etc etc...what ever you can do to skate in circles around this easy to answer question. The BEST you CAN DO...is to once and for all put me in a place to shut up forever....so do the correct thing Mr Joe...and we can all wait till you go run your 8 mintue 2 miles....to answer here.

Copy of your Business License from the State of California
Copy of your Dealers License for the Sale of Motor Vehicles per DMV California
Copy of your current California Vehicle Registration registration and plates of your "own" Countach DD
Copy of Bill of sale, US Customs deceleration of entry for Duties and/or Sales Tax paid (to the State).
Copy of Restoration bills, at least a few showing Applicable Sales TAx charged and paid on this car for the work done
Copy of your State Re-sellers Certificate
Copy of your Federal Tax ID# for your business of Joe Sackey Classics LLC


ALL these requests are very reasonable and carry NO PRIVATE PRIVACY issues to them at all...they ARE all (with the exception of the reto work receipt) Public Information.
So please prove me wrong, I would love you to so that I my feel better about you as a law abiding tax payer doing the right thing.

Now, since I am not one to call the kettle Black, as I am no angel in my life either and all as well is all Public Record. BOTH my company's get audited quarterly by the State Revenue here, mainly do to the LARGE gross amounts we report each quarter. I have a DUI conviction from quite some time ago. I also had a charge and fine for carrying a concealed handgun in YOUR STATE many years ago...by the CHIPS. My mistake thinking my CCW from my state would be covered in Your sate, it wasn't, so paid the fine and moved on. WAY to many speeding tickets to even begin to recall them all. Had my license suspended once for 90 days for to many infractions in a 6 month period. 2 Divorces, guess it took me that many times to realize no to do it a third time...LOL.

BUT I have never performed business without the proper required licenses, bonds, insurance etc etc AND paid all taxes (not always happy about 7 figure tax checks I have to write) as they came do, both for me and my company's. I have never had my OWN cars run under a Dealer plate, never used my Dealers license or resale cert to escape sales tax on my own cars service or work performed.

So there you have it. This has all come abut because of your latest and great MIGHTIER then all speech and your just terrible poor degrading comments you make to not only me, but NOW several other board members JUST BECAUSE they DIS-AGREE with you or YOU FEEL they have NO news worthy or justification to post in your all SO MIGHTY DD thread. Which we all know was ONLY started by you to talk up the DD and sooner or latter cashing in on it....which I have no issue at all with, thats a good business decision...MAKE them want for it...then at the right time let them have it at a over produced inflated "The king and I" price. My hat is off to you for the fine way you accomplish this. AS well as thread is useful and enjoyable to read to the 98% of the readers that will never be able to own a DD in their life and this is fantastic to get educated on it, great to you and thanks for doing that.

HOWEVER you are NO BETTER then ANYONE of us here. JUST because you claim to be.....your not. We all give something to this world, big or small, we all do. Yes, seen quite a few people do this, or place it on the front dash.

I am sure you have no issue driving around with it applied this way and having everyone seeing your plate displayed correctly and legally. Good for you to still comply and get it done right.



NOW, I guess Joe's Plate is a Secret Squirrel S**T. Must be a special plate that no one should see...maybe like 1-SOS-666 LOL

HELL it can be any plate at all, just the pure posting of the "Hidden" plate pic is enough to call BS IMO.

Fine, I can accept your explanation of drilling holes. However this is just a ridiculous assumption that it is prof of you car carrying the CORRECT and LEGAL California State Plates and registration for YOUR DD Countach.

So just go ahead, as others have done, but some double stick tape on it and apply it to the car. Then post a pic of the plate and your California State Registration. After all you need to display it sooner or latter by Law.

I just want to prove the State of California WRONG as there is "No Public Record" of ANY Lamborghini Countach currently registered to you in either YOUR name, our in Joe Sackey Classiscs LLC.

I would think you should be very concerned by this lack of records with the State, as far as they are concerned, your DD does not exist, (Legally) in the State of California.

AND if your so concerned about privacy of your plate being on the Public internet....YOU surely MUST not have an issue with displaying ALL the pics you do of 'everyone" else plates on their cars in all the numerous photos you post. I guess they dont matter or you dont care.

Yes, things change all the time in the way they are done. HOWEVER the big difference between your Countrys system and our State systems here is in the way THE INFO is obtained.
Not to mention that our country has and will always be a Public Information Sharing system, it is felt that the freedom of information is more important then the concealment of individual rights...right or wrong, that is for each to decide on them self's.

AS LONG as Public License Plates are attached to vehicles operating on the Public Roadways....there WILL always be a way to obtain the information associated with that plate, be it the legal correct channels or the behind the scenes obtainment.
