Does anyone have this book? How do you rate it? Is the price of 40Eur a lot? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Had that book and ended up selling it. A lot of specs wich I copied but not much historical data or photos.
It is an official Ferrari publication. Two books with dust jacket in slipcase. Here's a link to one for sale at Ebay italy. When your book is complete (two books, slipcase and dustjackets...) Eu40,- is a steal. https://www.ebay.it/itm/Ferrari-1947-2007-LOpera-e-il-Sogno-The-Work-and-the-Dream-2-Volumi-/121762602020
As an 'collector's item' the value is zero. Collector's prefer complete and (near) mint editions. But as for reference or reading copy you will certainly like it. Especially when 1977-2007 is your favorite period. The book is packed with info and pictures.
I picked up these two. Finally found the new Alfa Romeo GTAM 3 book Alleggerita for half price from some guy in Cali. The Pegaso Z102 book is limited to 500 copied and has race photos of most cars. If you like the great Pegaso Z102 this is a must have. Several photos of chassis #0142 before being shipped to it's last race. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Two great books! Alleggerita is also on my bookshelf for a long time now. Didn't know about this Pegaso book but i do like these cars. Few years back there was an impressive display on these cars at Retromobile, Paris. A picture from Retro and the latest books in my collection: Two books from Palawan (which always means quality...) The Lancia book and the DB3S 'bible' ... Also the book from the exposition in London, 'Ferrari under the skin' which shows great value for money. Book can easily obtained from amazon. Today the 2017 yearbook (nr. 37 TOFM) arrived together with (imho) the only real yearbook. The Racing Activities yearbook has become a serious large publication with 3 books in a slipcase. One book for the F1, one for Competition GT and another for all Corse Clienti events. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Anyone know a rough value of these? https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F302600049562
Paragraph 2 has a "But wait. there's more . . " feel to it! May not ship to the USA it says. That's understandable. This is a TON of weight!
Sgkman - Are you in the UK? If so, have you contacted the seller? Here in the USA, one could gather these up on ebay and from Ferrari dealers in about a month's time.
Hi there, yes I’m in the UK. Tempted to put in a bid or two. Just wondering what a collection like that would be worth?
Hi Hugo, it does exist. I have it in my collection. This must be the 2009 yearbook I think. Kind regards Manfred / Mitorosso Image Unavailable, Please Login
For which years has the "Racing Activities Yearbook" been offered by the Ferrari parts department? Is there a Ferrari part number there for the 2017 70 Anniv set of the Racing Activities Yearbook? I know that the TOFM 37 has it's own part number. Thank you.
