    The paint color seems to be grigio silverstone. For the wheels I think they are the standard silver color. In the 812 side view pictures the wheels look like the typical silver. It is just the 3/4 front view that makes them appear somewhat darker in that light. GS also appears darker at that angle for the 812 to.

    Yes be careful GT is great for photographs especially professional enhanced ones but can look quite “cheap” in the flesh, very much like a mass market colour.

    I ordered silver calipers on my Cdf 812 with painted shields, figured after splashing out on artisan sprayed shields a real shame to put glitzy calipers in. Can’t wait to see it - July.....

    Was at my dealer today. There was a LaFerrari in Nero Daytona with carbon fiber for.
    There was also a Frigio Silverstone 488.

    Both of these paint colors are really nice in person.

    Hard to say which would be better on an 812. I think it all comes down to personal taste.

    There was also a model in Grigio Titani, a GTC Lusso I believe.. This color was lighter and brighter but I have to say that it looked less special than GS or ND

    There was also a nicely specked non metallic Nero 488. Compared to metallic ND the glossy Nero tended to hide the lines curves and vents where the metallic Nero didn’t. Personally I think that the ND would be more flattering on the 812 because I like the lines curves and vents.

    It’s a matter of personal taste. But I do think that one needs to see the colors on cars in real life rather than in pictures.

    Guys, I was half puzzled about these tricky pictures and about to concede that GS can look like this under specific circumstances when I happily dug further in the dealer pictures and I found this. Mystery solved and let's never assume too much! Next step though, could be factory mixing up paint stickers... :(
