Thanks Daniel :) So I gather this is the 'official' club in CH then?

I was also wondering about how one goes to register their car on Ferrari.com, I believe there's an owners section there. Do I need the VIN or get my dealer to acknowledge that the car is mine in order to register there (and where exactly is "there")? The car is currently in hibernation at the dealer in Matran...

    Hoi Zäme,

(Almost) New to the forum, as I recently got my 430 Scuderia! Moved to Zurich since some years due to business. Love the car, love my country - but one question: any idea on nice "Sunday" Trips for these snowy/rainy days? Hate to see the SCUD sleeping in the Garage on weekends! Where do you take your Cavallino for a nice drive (potentially to a nice restaurant)?

Regards & have a nice evening,
    Andy

    Hoi Andy

Congrats on your Scud! Great car!!

I usually drive my F-car to work. Also in winter (I have winter tires on my 575M). But be careful with your Scud during the winter days. Especially if you have summer tires on it. Most of us have their car in hibernation mode during these times. So maybe you don’t get many suggestions where to drive.

The situation is completely different as soon as spring has started. That’s why we founded the Ferrari Drivers Club: http://www.ferrari-drivers-club.ch/

If you want to join us, just send me a PM with your mail address so I can provide you more information. Auch gerne auf Deutsch…

Hi Markus, thanks a lot for the reply. Will gladly PM you for further infos, the tours on the website look amazing and perfect for a scud run!

On a funny note I would rather not think what would happen if I visited my clients with the Scuderia :) good old fashioned ÖV!

    Regards
    Andy

Same here Andy. I only drive to my office with my F-cars, but never ever to clients. I use ÖV as well and also have a GA. I guess there are not many F-car owners having a GA (Generalabo) ;)

Hei man, since you are driving my old Scuderia, you really deserve to join one of our next "passes trip" trip summer. I want to make sure you are treating her right. Please don't make her a garage queen, she has never ever been in my hands...
    Regards

If you pass through St. Gallen on the way from Zurich to the engadin, I am in as well. Enough of hibernation.

Would not mind dashing to Engadin for a nice lunch, but how bad will traffic be on the way back?
Came back from Lugano via San Bernardino last weekend and after Chur it was hell... however I do reckon that the Albula pass is a real threat..

We need some of the gents from TI to complete such outing....One of them lives in ZH but his 360CS hardly sees anything other than a garage lights

Gentleman, I was checking the Alpenapp. The Ibergereggpass ist open and not too far from Zurich or St. Gallen.

anyone got experience there? From ZH it's 1h drive to Oberiberg - then full throttle on the pass. Including a Restaurant stop and subsequent beauty-contest of our drives it should be doable in half a day. Opinions?

Probably not the most groundbreaking rally but still better than the classic Sunday carwash session IMO ;)

I drove it through last fall. It’s quite narrow road and not most pleasure when incoming cars. Most likely there is also snow around since one of the Hoch Ybrig ski routes passes the road.

Can't wait to pick up my 360 next month after winter hibernation at the dealer for the annual service. Hope my (fractured) wrist will be ok by then as rowing gears with a broken hand is not only nearly impossible, but illegal too :) oh well... just another few weeks of wearing a cast.

Hi all, thanks for all the advice last summer!

I’ve been looking for a N/A California for some time now. I’m all over AutoScout24 & Comparis and it looks like the number of cars for sale has grown in the past few months, but still haven’t been able to find that elusive one that I’d want to go for. Currently I’m hoping to find a well-equipped later year model (normally aspirated), non-black interior, and hopefully exciting color as well.

Would like to check if anybody here could see selling their Cali sometime in the near-mid term? Perhaps is upgrading to the Portofino?

    Many thanks! :)
