    If you encounter them side-by-side, the 599 GTO really is significantly bigger, probably a result of equipment and safety mandates over time

    Oh yes absolutely. You can do the same thing with any car from that period to a modern car. Its almost like the 599 could swallow the 288. I really like the 599 but the 288 is even more special.

    I simply meant more fluid than this white car. It would have been a better looker than the Evoluzione IMHO.
