When should the headlight washers operate on a 2007 F430?

    Gentlemen,

    I participated on my first ride and drive celebrating Mr. Enzo,s. birthday....it was a absolute amazing time ....so over the weekend I spent some time cleaning up the 430....and realized I never inspected my wiper/washer system on my newly purchase Ferrari...that worked perfectly....however I did not see the headlight washer jets operate..?
    The key was in position 2/ engine not running and headlights off....
    What is normal...?

    Unfortunately like many other 430 purchases the owners manual and all other manuals were missing when I purchased the vehicle....The flashlight and extra key also came up missing......there is a serious black market for these items.....
    Guess I could go online and get a PDF version for now and research.....

    Headlight washers per owners manual:

    "Push the headlight switch stalk forward to activate headlight washers. When the lever is released the spray nozzels go back into their stowed position. Use on low vehicle speed for better cleaning"

    Hope that helps.

    Most vehicles operate the washer and headlight jets together...

    I believe the headlights need to be On in order for the headlight jets to work.
