Hey all. A 348TS has come up on car sales and I'm keen to check it's VIN against the register to get it's history or delivery details. Does anyone have access and be able to do a check for me? The VIN is ZFFKA36B000088673 Thanks heaps, Jon
That’s weird. It must have gone way beyond the end time in that case. But that’s a strong price. Almost entering mythical 360 “manwell” territory...
GDay John You probably already know this but here’s a quick summary of the VIN itself. ZFF - Italy Ferrari K - second cycle engine 1986-2001, 348tb/ts A - restraint system = 3 point intertidal belts with auto retractors 36 - model designation = 348ts, GTS B - LHD, Europe 0 - represents ‘other markets’ 0 - model year only for Nth America only. All others set to 0 0 - Assembly plant. 0 denotes Maranello The 12th to 17th digits is the serial number No doubt I will be chastised accordingly if I got anything wrong here. Thanks heaps. I now recall seeing that info posted before. Sorry for asking again. So, from what you’ve said, it was delivered as LHD, and as the pics now show it RHD, it’s had a conversion [emoji31]? Thought it was too good to be true Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Yeap the B in the 8th spot shows its a LHD. If you want a RHD model look for a 'C' at the 8th digit Sent from my SM-N915G using FerrariChat.com mobile app
To futher qualify that the 'C' is for RHD UK models and a 'D' in thst spot is for RHD Oz delivered models! Sent from my SM-N915G using FerrariChat.com mobile app

Well, being an ex Nick Cartwright car you know it’s top shelf. Nice little earner for the current owner.
Ferrari Confesses to Turning Back Odometers In a stunning revelation reported in England, Ferrari has admitted to enabling dealerships to roll back odometer readings with a service device in order to inflate used car values. The action, which is considered a felony in some US states, was discovered by salesman-turned-whistle-blower, Bud Root, at the Ferrari Palm Beach dealership. Root filed a suit last year with the dealership which alleges that after he brought the matter to the attention of his manager he was promptly fired. By March 2017, Ferrari is reported to have informed dealers (see bulletin below) that the device, the "Deis Tester," would soon receive a software update that would eliminate that handy option. Mr. Root's attorney has requested records of all cars that were adjusted in this way. If such documentation is released, Ferrari could obviously face a multitude of lawsuits from angry customers.
