    It's difficult to say, but it looks like it could be the car that Ferrari Houston had about a year ago that then went through CNC.

    Or, short term lease. I assume that pretty much everything like this - cars, boats, even houses - young celebs and socialites have are leased. Their managers and handlers will arrange the leases through operating LLCs.

    It does have an R/S in the windshield: Passenger side bottom.
    That's all you get in CA after purchasing/leasing till the DMV sends out new reg.

    I think that part of the story is mixed up. I'd wager to guess she bought the car for him as a gift. She's by far the bread winner in that relationship.
