I am replacing the white connector to the fuse board, after cleaning and replacing one of pins on the wire. This is the vertical right white connector which has 8 wires going into the 10 wire connector, the bottom two connectors being blank. Although I wrote down each wire colour in the correct order, stupidly there are two fat red wires which I just labeled red. From the top of the connector going down they would be in position 5 and 6 on the connector. The wires look identical. How can I replace these wires in the correct spots, any way I can tell which belongs on position 5 and which in 6? If I get them reversed, might it work out anyways? Help me fuse box experts!

I also have this post in the Mondial section, but posting here as probably the same for 328 and Testarossa, I think the two thick red wires are both to the ignition relays, but I am not sure enough.

No need to worry about it -- they are both +12V power from the battery to terminal 30 of the ignition switch so swapping them makes no difference.

Correct....2 cables are +12V from battery.
When loosing the other white plugs, make shure you put a small wire around all the wires like on the picture to avoid mixing them up...there are other plugs with the same colored wires.
