    Mate that ia beautiful! I dont have a heat shield on mine and the capristo melted the rubbers on the mounts for the water tank and back of the air boxes. With that beautiful kit i would defo be getting a heat shield.

    Yah, I'd get a thin sheet of aluminum and make my own by bending and cutting it to fit. You're definitely going to want something to protect that carbon from the heat that's going to be pounding it from the front, bottom, and backside.

    Or if you don't care about the looks, maybe try that heat reflecting gold tape on the bottom and the backside facing the exhaust
