I would pocket the change over a 991.1 GT3 personally.

Must be pretty close to 997 GT 3 RS prices ?.......Looked at a black one with orange wheels a few years back at Syd City Prestige.....They wanted 220K for it....I think it was an 09 model....Geeez it was nice but I bought another F car instead...

If I could get hold of a straight early manual Murcealago for 250 I’d buy a gt4 with the change

If you bought an early Murcie, you'd need a tow truck driver on speed dial.

They are excellent even broke down stood still, that is a small clutch for such a big car mind you but now and again you’d get those perfect moments on a long quiet straight road at 02.30 am, just you and it..

Plus the fact the pedals and steering are offset at a crap angle so any length of time in one you would have to have your chiropractor on speed dial.....

agreed, but the same thing applies to a 246, because the seats have no support and the angle your accelerator foot ankle ends up with quickly becomes uncomfortable. 308 seats are 20% bigger and actually have some under-thigh support.

It was still worthwhile installing cruise control in the 308 to save ankle ache.

No Gary I won’t be doing burnouts at McDonald’s that’s illegal and a waste of a good diff[emoji12]and or $20k clutch
. It would be fun to just have one in the garage for a bit.

You forgot all the while you in there items, belts exhaust, mounts, bushes, engine bay tidy up, etc, and usually finishes in a full restoration paint trim...
