What is with the audio? Are those motor sounds faked? They're literally the same sound over and over with a couple gear shifts thrown in... it doesn't sound real...

 

I can’t stand the view from the cockpit camera. You can’t see the ****ing track and what is coming up... can we fix the camera position?

Stroll Sr must be pleased. Bring in fodder for son to potentially defeat. Williams might be out of the points in this race. The opening shot of Williams in Prac 1 showed Claire looking a bit depressed LOL.

So far...Mercedes...ugh....

Will view Prac 2 at home when out of the office. Nice sunny day 1 for this race. Qualy might be mixed a bit with the rain forecast to appear.

No further action for the incident between Raikkonen and Bottas. Stewards say Raikkonen did impede Bottas but both drivers accept it wasn't "unnecessary."

Giving up my seats for Montreal was one of my better decisions in 2017. Artificial engine noise, Bianchi Bars, obvious superiority of the Merc (who perpetually sandbag in practice), now this ridiculous penalty for Desi to kick off the season. For the dollars spent and talent level involved, the product is contemptible.
