Why does one need a place within the marque? Status? More highbrow stuff. What’s a short time? Still making no sense you old ****
I think you should wait until about 2 hours after beer o'clock starts today and then post what you really think.
It's the internet, anyone can anything. Read the bit I put in this morning. It took me 50 years to get my first (non Aussie) Ferrari. Another 1 to get the one I really wanted. Then 5 to get one I never had an interest in.
Lol,at coffee o'clock this morning the Sydeney outside area town of Camden came up in conversation,I said it was now an inner city suburb!
1: Absobloodylutely re the BB...I would have. 2: Nil jealosy I made dosh big time,as you're aware.....and apparently was silly to not have waited a little longer for a greater payout. Not left wing, brought up blueblood and descended into bluecollar in working life! 3: Why didn't you bond with the C4? I never knew that.
wow....talk about reading too much into it! I'll have to spell it out for the dummies, I see. The trouble with non aussie spec cars is that it can be hard to verify history. Is that a problem? Maybe, but obviously not always. Another issue is corrosion (comparatively). If you don't believe that, you're kidding yourself. Another issue is when you go to sell, you'll probably struggle, and sometimes, it's not just a matter of money. Sometimes, no one wants it no matter what. Now some of you less intelligent people are saying "I bought a good car at a better price than an aussie spec, and I'll sell it for less than an aussie spec"......that's all very nice when the economy is booming and prices are rising, but let me tell you from bitter experience, if the economy tanks and people start putting their cars on the market, you will be really struggling to sell your car at any price if there are aussie spec ones on the market. It's all lovely now because there are only a few cars on the market and people have lots of money. Mark my words, when things "normalise", you'll wish you hadn't bought that non aussie spec. Nothing to do with snobbery or even necessarily condition, it's just a fact of life that the majority of buyers have been browbeaten to only buy aussie spec, and when the choices are there and the market is tight, you guys will suffer if want to or have to sell.
He doesn't know how to drive a manual, hence the 575 Only a true Ferrari enthusiast would bond with a manual Ferrari....the rest get autos
Not status, more like FEV12OHOS verses M/REV8OHOS verses modern FEV12HOS verses modern M/REV8HOS....that sort of placement. I'm only interested in the first 2 and have no interest in the last 2. Other's will and are only interested in the last 2. PP is only interested in M/REHOS and will never buy a FEV12HOS.
I wouldn't say NEVER, I'm far too spontaneous. I can't imagine it at this stage, though. They're just too big.
