At this moment Mercedes, mostly because they´re beating our guys. It may change in the future.

    Lots of good options-
    Sauber- still fielding Marcus E
    Force India- pink cars
    Williams- their driver choices
    Haas- RoGro
Probably could find a reason for each right now, but dislike F1 more than any of the specific teams right now

right now it is Williams. Since the early 1990s they mastered the art of failing to capitalize on their potential.

Need competition to fill the grid therefore I only wish we had more teams. I’m appreciative of Mercedes for keeping LH in something other than a Ferrari.

If I think back, probably BAR would be the team I’ve liked the least few for a multitude of reasons.

    Williams.

They have completely sold out. At this point they should sell more positions,... want to be Front Jack Man during a race,.... $100,000. Rear Jack Man,... $100,000. Lolly Pop Man,... $100,000. Sit on the pit wall and say Box-Box-Box... $100,000.

I honestly believe Williams are just trying to survive until they can be a defacto factory team. I'd love to know if the approached Honda during the McLaren-Honda divorce.

Mercedes. don't like 50% of their drivers. Hate their very corporate approach. Cold and clinical. No fanfare. I just imagine when they win a man with a powerpoint presentation will point out that they could've won the race 3.6 seconds quicker yet conserving .2% of fuel a lap.

I agree Williams sold out, but they are a garagiste, I find it tough to hate on them...that said I don't celebrate their results (not that there is much to celebrate any how). IMO a garagiste should always try and get the best driver possible, at least one of them.

On the other end of the scale, I'm a big fan of Red Bull. I like their non corporate attitude. Yes some of the comments are painful. Horner has a very tough job...I think he's still the youngest team principal (as he was over 10 years ago when he was appointed TP when they bought the failing Jaguar team), but does such a great job. With Mateschitz and Helmut spouting of with their comments constantly, and Horner often thinking something else...it's a tough job to speak out against your bosses but still get your own opinion across. And they party like no one else. A better organized, modern day Hesketh. And their drivers are pure ace. Them owning Toro Rosso, ex Minardi of course and keeping it in Faenza was great. I love the use of STR as a real development/evaluation team. The talent they brought and helped through F1 is just great and sometimes maybe wouldn't have been possible without them...Vettel, Verstappen, Ricciardo, Sainz....just fantastic.

    Emphatically agree.
I believe that MB had a big(and underhanded IMO) head start on the hybrid formula via Ross Brawn; the absurd token system ensured that no one could close the gap. Red Bull gets the biggest bang for their buck. They recognize that the car is 90% of the equation and direct their resources appropriately. Ferrari consistently overpays for driving talent that never quite delivers.
It's great that STR is still based in Faenza. I'm also a fan of Force India. They did a terrific job last year but it looks like finances are finally catching up with them. And I hate the pink livery.

Yeah I love Force India, except for the pink livery...constantly they've been over-delivering for their budget. Great stuff. I think this year can still be saved and stay top 5 in the constructors.

Ferrari hires great drivers but ever since LdM took the reigns again it's been very Italian...loads of shouting and blaming but not actually finding any solutions. They've been needing a Ross Brawn type person for years now, it's a disorganized mess. If they had a hint of organisation they'd have won last year. and I'm sure in 2010 and 2012.

Yes he would be the best man for the job I think. But I think he's very happy at Red Bull also and being handsomely rewarded. Ferrari is a toxic culture, anyone would worry about going there (safe for drivers) with the sacking culture they have.

I'm not a fan at all of Mercedes. I don't like Hamilton and as our biggest rival right now, they're the enemy. So was Red Bull when they were winning.

After seeing Mercedes’ mechanics laughing in the face of the Ferrari guy getting badly injured I might change my answer. Screw them, hope we’ll laugh last.
