Just to clear the air a bit, I do not consider 0647GT to be a fake. It has the original frame, engine, trans and California title. The owner has gone through hell getting the body correct. I congratulate him. Of course I am speaking of the car in the Netherlands, not the brit fakey-do.

I should have given credit for the pix of 0425GT to Walt McCune, to whom I sold it, and who restored it.

.... I may be able to help..at least when it comes to a 1958 TDF...We' re in the process of finishing the complete restoration od my # 1127 car.. We found some original headliner material while redoing the interior...it is a vinyl without any holes (fine or otherwise). Was an off-white almost cream is color...I can post a pic of the "remnant" when I get some time.. Now this is a 1958 car. Can't speak earlier years.
    ......an aside to note....
We have replicated 2 sets of mufflers for my car to exacting standards (both inside and out) From the originals that were on this car since forever. (1958 TDF # 1127GT).... One set will be for sale, if someone is interested...
I'm not sure as yet what other year ferrari,s these will fit...
And please note we made only 2 sets.....one only will be for sale...
Pix and pricing will be avail. Soon. Message me if interested....
Oh.....the car will be at the 2018 Amelia Island Concours in March...its first time out since 1995...

That's 1031GT before restoration. The picture is likely taken in the SF Bay Area.

0629 was owned for years by my friend Bradley Balles, with a good part of it's body missing. He did a masterful job resurrecting it.

Curious about the 2013 photo...is the dash now covered with white leather?
