    Do you have any other information on it? I've never seen one of these in person. Will this work with the stock 6 disk CD changer?

    I think it can work with the changer but it has bluetooth so I did not hook it up that way. Has a lot of inputs. Just google the model and you can find the manual on the clarion website

    Does this unit have the Ferrari logo on the front and Ferrari on the screen start up?....or just a regular clarion Nz503?
    Also, does it fit in a F430?

    Yes it has the Ferrari logo and it will fit a 430.
