New, undamaged headliner arrived Friday and I finished installation and interior detail last night. The headliner is not designed to be installed into an assembled car. Still can't believe I got it in. Today I did a semi paint correction and Zymol wax application. Took the beast for the maiden drive - holy crap! This car is awesome!! And the sound - WOW! Maserati customer service is pretty awesome - I was able to get window stickers for both the 2008 I sold and the 2013 (came yesterday). They did this for free including Fedex overnight delivery Too bad Ferrari will no longer do this and believe me, I know a lot of people in the business and asked all over them and no dice. Funny story: This morning on my way to the shop I'm at a red light right down the street from my building. Next to me is a black man in a mini van. He signals for me to roll down the window - I assume he needs directions. He says "WTF am I doing wrong in my life that I'm in this F'ing mini van and you are in that Maserati?" "WTF am I doing wrong" He said all of this with a grin on his face and all I could do is laugh my ass off. Too funny!!
