13971 was originally a plexiglass headlight cover car, that's correct. Michelotto in Padua converted it 1982 into a comp car for then owner Aldo Cudone. Cudone first showed it fresh from conversion in October 1983 at the Inaugural Auto e Moto D'Epoca Classic Car Show in Padua. Marcel Massini
