I don't know, that seems an arduous process. First you have to find someone willing to assert that you could indeed afford such a magnificent automobile. All the best, Andrew.
Aww damn...no.... He was about to ask us if he could date a supermodel and buy a LaFerrari Now you've ruined it....please give yourself a 30 second ban.
Yes with 175k absolutely. U can also lease with a big down payment with Putnam. Ever financed a car before ? They will look for comparable history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That’s harsh. I did extremely well and i started with cars slightly above my budget at first . A cl65 when i was younger . I had 0 debt, a good job the car’s maintenance was a killer but i did it. U can get a 348/355 for cheap these days. Now i do agree that kenneth doesn’t want to listen though. But. 175k is enough to buy a used ferrari if u have no other debts, a matching 401k from ur employer etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I just want to know what undergraduate* degree program at what "top 4%" school gets a starting salary of $174,000, yet allows you to totally avoid learning any math or learn any basic concepts like how paychecks and taxes work? I'd guess computer science, petroleum engineer or economics/business with wall street analyst job lined up could get to those pay levels (maybe, certainly not for all grads, but, sheesh, we are talking top 4% school here), but those generally require some math and related general skill level... * he made it pretty clear he is at this "top 4% school" after going to community college and and made no mention of getting a BS/BA along the line, so this doesn't sound like an advanced degree he is supposedly finishing up. Regardless, entertaining thread if taken as a troll/joke. But, otoh, downright scary if not.
https://www.cheatsheet.com/money-career/college-graduates-starting-salaries.html/?a=viewall Best one here is about $120K USD or $150K+ CAD. Maybe he's living in Toronto? D
Assuming Kenneth is trolling im scratching my head one would ask such questions The truth is there are ferraris at all kind Of prices; from the under estimated mondial and 348 to the La Ferrari you can get fairly early in the f world. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What I don't get is if this guy is so smart how come he is asking strangers if he can afford to buy something. Seems odd. Sent from my BBB100-3 using Tapatalk
Kenneth, you had mentioned that you were planning on getting a home for 600K as well as the Ferrari. The affordability of your car has a lot to do where you buy a home. That's why I mentioned it. A 175K salary and home in New York or California are a lot different then say 175K and home in Alabama. What city do you plan to plant your flag? You can disclose that without losing your anonymity. Should help give us all perspective on your situation.
I must admit, the troll suckered me in, I have a soft spot for underfunded dreamers because that describes me as well
It will help his credibility by specifically letting us know what the 2 degrees are, what the job is and where. He made it a point to make sure we know he went to a top '4%' school. Since there are 2,600 accredited Universities in the USA (assuming he lives here) top 4% suddenly is not that 'elite.' I'm talking like Univesity of Oklahoma, University of Oregan. Not a knock on UOs at all (go Ducks!), both awesome schools -- just nothing you normally go on a forum and name drop to back up your bonafides for why you're getting 175K right out of grad school. I am saddened by his 2-week ban, so many questions...
too lazy to read all 9 pages. maybe he is graduating from a residency in neurosurgery or cardiothoracic surgery? 175 starting is low for such graduates. Did he mention field, degree, etc?
When you're starting out, credit history is EVERYTHING. I seriously doubt that he'll be able to swing such a deal without some sort of signed guarantor, to put it mildly. I wish him the best of luck. I hate to see someone so ambitious and yet so naive, to fail after such an arduous journey in seeking such a high level of education.
thanks. a cardiothoracic surgeon could be double boarded (general and CT surgery). ie. his "two degrees".... if he has two bachelors it's still possible to get 175 if he's a superstar coder with some intership exp at FANG.... Who knows.... however, getting an 812SF at 175/year is ambitious.
I think one of the degrees maybe in troll-ogy common occurence on fchat! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
