Since when did F50s get that expense? And it sucks it was butchered with the ugly US sidemarkers and 3rd brake light. It looked better in original Euro-form without those US requirements added on.

 

Like a Da Vinci painting...no price can really be put on this car if the buyer wants it that bad..

This, the only car with an exhaust note more outrageous that the Carrera GT.

Not all F50s have the same provenance, this one is a Ferrari SpA Prototype, the Geneva Salon F50, and the Tokyo Auto Show F50, and more besides, provenance has value to some people

I saw it was 99999. But I thought there is more than one 99999 yes? Please correct me if I'm wrong as I don't want to create false info there are multiple of those s/ns. I vaguely recall a thread about it.

I'm with ya. I'm guessing being car #1 is enough to overlook that though, as I was under the impression any alterations on a Ferrari of this caliber really hurt the value.

There are probably only a Dozen truly holy grail cars from Ferrari..
Thats what lead me to say Jesus would have driven this one..
Holy Grail in cars IMO is the first of a very significant milestone design..
This is one of those...WOW Imagine pulling into cars and coffee and having someone try to top your car!
