You've set the car free on both road & track, bravo.

    What are your driving impressions?

Joe , I’m doing a big (perhaps too big) write up in another thread but in short the car is amazing .
It sits in a perfect , sweet spot of power , weight , handling and really has the most perfectly weighted input points .
    It’s a magic car to drive .

You'll need to have an outside place to host the photos (I use my website for this), then copy the .jpg link into the "Image URL" box here.

Thank you. I tend to put some work into my photos, if only to show off the level of car we're dealing with!

Perfectly illustrated. You’ll do very well by it, I’m sure. Though I have two Ferrari’s and a Pista coming in a year, I don’t have the ability to play at the supercar level. If I did, I’d wire you deposit right away. Alas, I’ll just have to still with my 288 GTO Amalgam model.

It's a good one, my exposure to so many of them over the years helps me say that with some confidence.

That said, the problem we are running into as specialists of these is, GTOs are rarer than some people realize, many are in long-term homes from where they will never be sold, and the ownership landscape is evolving to where very few of my clients who have acquired them in recent years are ever interested in selling at any number when I need one to supply a buyer. There are indeed times when I'm asked to source a nice GTO, and there is nothing available. These are acquiring a special place in the hearts & minds of the Ferrari faithful, so if anyone ever wanted a good GTO, this represents a real and present opportunity at a great car, it's Classiched, serviced, and fairly priced relative to recent market numbers.

    Face to Face.

55713 and 4293 GT. Looks like the Petersen Museum's underground vault.

Seeing that pic, I'm reminded of Materazzi's anecdotes regarding the process in choosing between the KKK turbos and the IHI turbos for the F40.

Beautiful, clearly black would have been a handsome color option.

That said, its worth pointing out to those who might be unsure that this black RHD GTO is a post-production rendering said to be by Pininfarina for the Sultan of Brunei, all GTOs were built and sold by Ferrari SpA in red and LHD like this one below
