    In that price range Adrian I would go the Chris Ringland Barossa Shiraz......It was on special at BWS last week for $22....It's a big bold Shiraz if you like them like that.....It's an awesome wine for the price....:)

    Just sipped half a glass and it's very drinkable but then the Barossa does make the best reds in the world while NZ makes the best whites from the ones I like

    Just had a few more sips and I'm liking it the more I drink, not in the Rockford class but then few are.

    In '88 I was sitting with this guy all afternoon in the Rockford winery tasting area with a mate and this guy was pushing all these drinks down our throat ..... Lee (my mate) was laughing at me saying that the staff will get the ****s shortly because we were getting sloshed because he knew the guy pushing the drinks WAS Rockford :p

    Back then his wine was about $25 a bottle, ..... not now unfortunately

    Thanks for the tip on the wine Gary .............. please send more !!! :)

    I shouldn't have told you poofs because my supply will now be totalled.......But if you want to match the wine you are talking about buy the CR reserve.....It's in the fat bottle for 50 bucks it's a great drop but pricey in my view for everyday drinking.....
