Was that a Vintage car race? It seemed at the same pace.
A bit of a procession but no real drama. If Liberty want passing/racing something must change. The small problem Ricci had was not much of a problem overall. Damage control for the rest. The hype around Monaco over-shadows any racing. But the Corporate end of F1 needs this I think. Happy for Ricci but on a real track he would have been passed most likely as would Kimi and probably LH by Bottas.
Appears that way at times. They have 2 good drivers, with Daniel just a bit better overall. The total package.
David Coulthard: " Daniel, you had issues halfway through the race that were reminiscent of Schumacher stuck in 5th gear in Barcelona....." - Sorry Coulthard, Daniel did well to drive through today's problem, but it was nowhere near as heroic as what Schumacher managed to do!
Certainly Ricci has a bit of 'leverage' for his contract discussion with Red Bull and around the top teams if they are open to him
Max has committed to Red Bull already, Ricciardo hasn't, but Max is just making too many costly errors at the moment. If anything, I suspect Red Bull are starting to think that they have the wrong driver committed to the team!
I thought they were told not to spray the champagne on the podium? - Seb straight away spraying Daniel (and the Royal couple - Who loved it! )
