Ok....I've given this more thought...here's my list. 1. 308 glass 2. 308 Steel carby 3. 308GT4 4. 308QV 5. 328 6. 308 2 valve injected I think you need to have owned a 308GT4 to really appreciate how good they are. All the right noises, lots of space, great performance and a design that has now grown on most people (with taste). Like I said earlier, a drive in my old GT4 was what prompted me to flog the 328 ......and it was a good GTB, not the flexible shuddering GTS If that idiot texting woman hadn't run into my parked 308GT4, I'd still have it today and would never have been tempted to buy a 308GTB.
Who cares what you think? When you are obviously wrong. No one with the money to buy a QV would buy a GT4. Idiot. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Can’t you? You have the Gt4 above the QV. ****ing idiot. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Then you quoted the wrong post, you dummy I'd rather have a 308GT4 than a 308Qv, and money has nothing to do with it. It is MY list and opinion, you know.....not compulsory
AssCon the serial pest still at it.. lt took you 24 hrs to think of a comeback.. The fool that boasted that he could buy a GT4 for $35k and then goes and spends $15k on an engine rebuild..not a $35k car anymore is it tool
The fool is you, again. I didn't HAVE to rebuild the engine...it was running just fine. It seems to just go over your head. That's what happens when you're cheap.
Haha,so you were bored and thought you would spend $15k on an engine rebuild,,I guess when it's other people's money it doesn't matter
Exactly.... It's not my money and I enjoy doing upgrades and modifications. I'm glad you finally get it. In the case of the GT4 it was easily the best one I'd seen. They all need money spent on them.... They're 40yo ffs, and I like mechanical perfection. So sue me! I got every cent back, btw, but it was meant to be a keeper. Still saddens me.
Hmmm yep I'd have thought that as well, though having not ever driven a QV (yule never let me at your's...EH!),I can't qualify the statement.
I dunno who the 'fool' is,I have $47K's worth of invoices in that car that PP spent. It has THE!!!!!!! best 308 gearbox known to mankind. Brilliant performance out of carbies matched with a variable electronic ignition system. Beautifuly restored instruments and panel/dash. I've since spent about $6-7K fixing the cowboys F%^kups, some nasty rusty frame issues, seat recover and fixing the bloody undertray twice! So it's now a $43K crab!
No it doesn't ,it's always been that amount.....I added up all the receipts. It's on 'new 308 owner'thread,a long way back.
I didn't post pics of the receipts on that thread so I dunno where I did, unless it was on personal email.
