    Wow, why so long? Dealer is quoting 6 months now, is it just because there was previously such high demand? Also, they will not be taking new GTB orders very soon he told me, I know I'm going to be waiting a very long time as it is my first Ferrari purchase and it's for the 488 successor... Almost did a GTB just to get bumped up the list but young children now make it kinda pointless.

    Excess is simple , 1 % of the purchase price. 3 years new for old if its a write off. And if the car isn't available anymore like out of production you have a full payout to purchase the new model.

    Garage complete , now waiting on 3 things. My pinball machine, the big silver prancing horse that is getting 3D printed to go on the yellow and my CAR.

    I even made a little cubby hole with power plugs for the charger

    Yes , maybe over reacting but why not its not a Toyota. Plus it also compliments the car tracker , the CCTV cameras and the 5 sirens screeching over 125 db

    This whole trip and house renovations have been 5 years in the making. Trust me I am so tired. Don't trust trades with the shoddy work and over priced rates. Rather do it myself

    Just been to Zagame to sort a few details including PPF and where to get it done in Melbourne and number plate mounting etc. As you said , no more orders being taken. Speculating on next model ? Hybrid. Impressed with your garage.

    I was just called by the dealer that my car has arrived :) Comment absolutely great.

    For the PPF may I suggest PRIME FINISH in Oakleigh Full cover XPEL Ultimate Plus and then CQuartz Finest Reserve. Close to 9K. I bought the Carbonio front number plate mount. They hadn't ever seen it. Makes a better way not to drill holds or use 3M tape on the paint.

    Also since I bought the Ferrari mats I wanted also Andrews mats ExotiCARe and they are on the way. But I also got some great mats for only $120 from FITMYCAR

    WOO HOO. PICKED UP MY CAR :)

    Boy oh boy she is just a work of art. Absolutely love how its all come together.
    Haven't seen many at all spec like I did. It no news that I don't like cosmetic carbon , so zero. Even the steering wheel but has LED's.
    Im monochromatic so black interior and preferred white stitching to show the shape.
    Absolutely hated the OEM roof lining so its leather and frankly she only has carpet only on the floor. All the rest is leather back of seat , firewall and roof.
    I really like the shade of the parts that many change to carbon. Its the right shade. Blends very well
    Going with the monochromatic scheme the Taco is black. But I did add passenger display at the request of the missus.
    I am a big fan of 5 spoke wheels so I wanted the standard wheels and make the callipers silver and centre caps to match.
    Full electric seats are standard and love them with the settings. Also the electrochromatic mirrors as the passenger dips BUT the rear view mirror looks 100% better than the standard as it looks like its from a Toyota.
    But the ROSSO CORSA METALIZATTO !
    I wanted RC but as with all reds at the right angle its flat. RCM it shines no mater which angle and seriously gives it a LOT of depth. To me 100% worth the money.
    And I would thoroughly recommend it if RC is your colour. People generally associate RC with Ferrari. But there are a lot of other colours that look great. But the RC stands out from the crowd today as most cars on the road are black , silver , white , grey. The red just pops out
    So goods times are starting , cant wait until summer. Left to do is get the Xpel on and the CQuarts finest on.
