I was all set to go but work intervened. That's the third time in a row that I've missed out. Better luck next time! Does anyone have pictures/info on the red 365BB in group 6? Is it one of the original Pozzi cars with the long nose?
Hi Peter, I had missed 2016 and could not believe how much the event has grown it is now the Monterey week of Europe and much better as it is centered on racing and not on "greed-culation" in auctions:!!!-) You will be blown away when you go next time, in the best way That BB was a late entry the car dd not even have a proper tent space in the paddock but sat outside. It is 31159... http://www.ferrari512bb.de/ Best regards, Marc

I don't think that's the car I'm talking about, unless it has been repainted? Here's a picture: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes it is that car, it is now plain red: at LMC 2016 two years ago it was in Pozzi Thomson colors as shown on the website of the car's owner. All five other Boxers competing this year were BBLM's.
Thanks for the info. I've been to LMC only once in 2012, but it was a good Ferrari year with the 250 GTO tour paying a visit. But I also love the Group C and group 6 racers. Hope to make it there in 2020!

I envy you! Thanks for bringing out the real deals. At historic races I'd rather see genuine historic cars driven hard but careful as opposed to updated replicas banging bodywork.
