We all should know meanwhile that 315kmh was the theoretical topspeed the LP400 could achieve through it's gearbox ratio if it would ever be able to turn in 5th gear up to it's engine max rev of 8000rpm. All theory, practically no LP400 was ever clocked even at 300kmh.

I agree, with the LP400 there was always the promotion of the magical 300 number mostly perpetuated by the Press to sell magazines

I am pretty sure that this car had a significantly higher rev-band. Must have been the much more sportier engine. But torque.......

Caffeine & Carburetors, I love that name, I'll have to start one here in California.

Meanwhile it's really good to see the car being enjoyed.

Thank you for giving it the TLC you did Mike, it really is amazing how all these cars are finding great homes.

I had Guy Allen, the artist, rework it for me. Then a local print shop printed it on vinyl.
I had some other custom projects with Guy, he is a very nice guy, so I guess this is why he accepted to rework his artwork!

I don't know what I like the most yet... Your Urraco or that Countach door.
