    Beats the heck out of me. My Amex Platinum had a "spend $300 get a $90 rebate" on it. My wife's Green Amex had "spend $300 get 9,000 points" on it.

    If you look on shoebank you'll see they have a bunch of Exchange Place (which are the same as Park Ave's but sold in Canada) for $157.
