I don't recall, but I could look it up, I thought Bobby was very reasonable, I wasn't the only one who thought that as his workshop benches had two Ferrari 512 BBLM race engines being rebuilt for the vintage racing guys at the same time as mine
My mom had a similar one. The Fiat, not the Miura... She called it the Lamborghini because of the colour!
4 weeks ago I took this photos of #4127, owned by my friend and customer D.R. at the Dyck Castle Concourse in Germany. Loved that non-metallic green color and green interior. I had a same color 500 as well. I found it in a rural newspaper add, siting in a little metal shed. The car had about 500 miles on it & was brought back after a trip to Rome. They could not register it, so it sat until me. I sold it with close to 1000 miles several years later.
Just saw an episode of Chasing Classic Cars where Wayne was inspecting a Miura - and commented that despite being Italian, the design and development were done by an "American" - Bob Wallace. Heh.

Just re read the very interesting history of the car on Simon Kidston's excellent www.miuraregister.com. Bobileff restored it more than once then and more in line with its original standard spec in your ownership?
