It’s been pretty noticeable on and off for the last few years. And pretty stupid looking too...

Lewis' personal stuff might 'suck' to some ,but at least he is not busy just sliding off into the armco which i think sucks BIG time.;)

Not at all surprised by your take. At least your tone here somewhat comports with many of your various other posts in the Politics & Religion section.

Not criticizing - - just merely observing. I do commend you for the consistency though.

***** about his personal style...bottom line, he won and set the fastest lap. Ferrari might be the faster car, but Mercedes is still a stronger team. Its about management style and leadership qualities. Sad but true.

 You asked. Just stating the facts. And you’re confusing me with someone else.

I’ll make sure I’ll not answer any of your questions again. Promised. ;) Bye

LH the coward -:) Stand and deliver this in person LH. From what I see undermining is mostly done to one's self. Criticism is normal from ex drivers and TV experts. Nothing new.
Mercedes' world champion Lewis Hamilton criticises ex-drivers on Sky Sports for "undermining" him in an Instagram post, which he later deleted. (Telegraph)

My apologies. I did indeed confuse you with someone else in the P&R section. Again, very sorry.

Lewis ,as a self confessed fan of Ferrari ,not to mention owning a few road cars in his time, would most likely at some stage have stumbled across F Chat ...and will more than likely be aware of this thread .

If you are out there.... we don't all hate you! Keep it up!

At least you have some decent opposition this year ,as opposed to your old mate Nicole R;)sberg

I would argue that Force India is a second tier team.

I agree with the concept of your post, but the reality is...very often when the top trap speeds are shown, it’s often a midfield team (FI, Haas, etc.) at or near the top. The real performance delta is cornering...but the aero prevents heroic late brakes and the stunning outside passes we used to see.

See the thing is Lewis feeds off of hate, if it was'nt for people hating on his character, where he's from, what he's wearing etc. he wouldn't be where is is today. Lewis said " When i came to the German GP there were a lot of people with red flags booing, but i would often get a glimpse of British flags here and there, thats what gave me motivation" These are the reasons his fans connect with him. He ran and crawled up the fence to wave to his fans after the win, no other F1 drivers are doing things like this. Some how he even connects with his none fans, that's why you see more Ham news, pictures, Ham tweets etc on this site than any other driver. Heck sometimes i come to Fchat to get the latest news on Ham! F1 have'nt seen anyone like Lewis before. Some people can handle that. Some people can't, but it its what it is. "Love conquers all" "I'll never give up", If other drivers speak to there fans like this they should broadcast it more or post their tweets more, because if you like it or not, think its fake or whatever, these are the things that connect with your fans base. And on top of this he has F1 records that no one can dispute. What i'm saying is everybody has there time. There was Senna's time, there was Schumacher's time, now its Hammer time.

    Forgot to mention as
I'll be the first to say Lewis is not prefect, as is all drivers. He should do all of his talking on the track as his father instructed.

Ferrari lost one race to Mercedes by making a bad judgment call but Mercedes lost at least the last 2 pervious from bad judgment and poor race management.

It can happen to the best teams.

Yes...but those car do not have DRS when lewis (or any other top team) overtakes them. So their speed trap is far lower.

Ask Martin Brundle -- you know....an ex F1 driver

    - Hamilton was quickly making his way through the pack from 14th to 5th but by then he was 27 seconds behind the leader. It was a measured drive of low risk and high success rate as he scythed through the field. A very fast car and an over-effective DRS zone making it rather too easy for everybody to overtake on the parabolic run down to the turn 6 hairpin made the difference.
