This might be a bit of a longshot, but here it goes: I'm in Scottsdale, AZ and from time to time I have seen a Mondial convertible around town in a very light metallic yellow/green color.

Does anyone know what that particular color is called? I'd like a coupe in the same color, but it appears to be quite rare. I already have a 308 in red, and I'd like another Ferrari in something unique.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, you almost got it. It's Oro Chiaro. And without your response I wouldn't have found it. Thank you so much Now.....how do I find if there is a coupe in such color?!?!?!? :)

On second thought it might be Verde Tenue that I'm seeking.

THAT'S IT!!! I absolutely love it. Saw one in that color in Scottsdale (where I live) - is that you? Would love to create a coupe in the same color, unless you want to sell me yours. :)

I'm in Southern Calif. As far as I can tell there are two Cabs this color - no Coupes. My car was formerly owned by Keith Martin (What's My Car Worth TV Show) I've had it for 13 Years. I previously owned a 250 GTE and should have kept it - I'll never sell this one.

The other cab appears to be here. I may do a coupe in that color; my paint guy is looking into availability. Gorgeous car.

There are very few original Oro Chiaro cars, but I think Andreas Birner in Germany (@Abi2612 - here and on IG) was selling a fully restored 8 coupe in Oro Chiaro a while ago. He may still have it for sale?

You could always paint one in Oro Chiaro, too.

If you decide to do it make sure to post some pics, that would look stunning for sure.

Aren't all colours Glasurit ever made still available? Their website is very informative and I know my mechanic's shop has taken a bunch of specialized courses from them on paint matching processes for old and new colours.

Yes, they can all be reproduced, like it was done for my golden Mondial.
