You do know that work means you have to actually do something ???? it's in the last 10 secs of the clip
Happy to report my favourite car lives on. New MAF sensor and my OBD reader found a faulty coil, luckily Repco had one in stock this morning. Onwards to 500k km Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There’s a connection under the steering wheel area on all modern cars, this device is awesome and has paid for itself already
My 1998 bmw735 had a connector in the centre of the engine which was where I was expecting you to say Don't mechanics want to get dirty any more by lifting the bonnet and ACTUALLY seeing the engine ??
The Z3 has one in the engine too as well as under the dash. I read somewhere that all cars must have one under the dash for basic OBD data.
like he'd know anything He can only fix cars if you hold the mobile near the engine ..... how hopeless is that
I’m going to record this as the moment where whatever small credibility you had went flying out the window...
So has anyone a genuine suggestion of a reasonably priced (sub $500) obd reader suitable for My car ? or are they all exotic money Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Nope The one I bought was 2nd hand, $1k ($5k new) and even that won’t give you full functionality with a Ferrari. It does however get into all the ECUs of the Volvo and BMW I’ve tried it on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cheers Greg still a grand isn’t to rough if it’s helping you with your cars,I’ve got all the codes for the 360 so it would be handy to have something like that, who makes the one you have? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Autel, it will read the code and tell you what it is, then you can erase it. Also capable of live data, that pic I posted showing the misfire was with the engine running You’re welcome to borrow it whenever you might need it
Hahaha I honestly didn’t see that one coming Greg I’ll try out one of the many cheap jobs out their ,so many to choose from Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Actually, Gary’s a bus driver... I wanted to be a pilot from the moment I realised they’re basically a bunch of lazy overpaid alcoholics.
: All RAAF pilots were called knuckleheads ..... but said with the utmost respect of course (good mate's son is a Herc pilot working 7 days a week) Didn't know Gary flew AirBUS Thought he was a boing driver Isn't that the noise they make as they "land" ..... boing boing boing
