Love the new Pepsi! Still waiting on mine to come in. Looks like deliveries to the states are slower than in Europe, etc.

Surprisingly Tudor was founded by the same guy that founded Rolex “Tudor watches were originally equipped with off-the-shelf movements while using Rolex quality cases and bracelets, allowing it to provide the reliability and dependability of a Rolex but at a lower price.” I wonder how much has changed? looks like the have their own in house movement as of a couple years ago, and have some cross collab with Breitling Too
Correct. Tudor spent a lot of years in Rolex’s shadow. Now they are pushing hard on it. They have their own in house calibers and their own shops. Till couple of years ago Tudor were sold by Rolex dealers only. Now it is changing.
I spent some time in the Journe boutique last time I was in Los Angeles. Journe's brother lives in LA and runs the boutique. He had some great stories about the watches. Worth a visit if you're in the area and a fan.

I remember seeing them back then, but I was a broke doctoral candidate, so when I retired I looked on eBay, and sure enough, a guy had a bunch of NOS ones in the original packaging. It's a great conversation starter at car shows on sunny days.
