Very Wise comment from Hamilton. "F1 is more than just on-track ability". It's a whole package, and obviously Alonso didn't have it in the end.
Exactly... that is why people do not like Lewis, because F1 is more than just on-track abilities [emoji6] But Lewis and wise in the same sentence is a little bit far fetched... Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk
Fernando has tried many times to be cunning, but most of the times it has backfired on him, and all he has showed is that he isn't the smartest fox in the forest, if you ask me... Rgds
What a load of Bs from "el pata negra"...does he really thinks anyone belives his crap???? (i mean, besides a couple of spanish journos)..keep sinking Alonso
Yep. That's what Helmut Marko says also: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/138206/red-bull-denies-alonso-2019-seat-offer-claim Rgds
Nothing like waking up and reading this sort of garbage to put a smile on your face! Now that he's gone (i guess he ws already 4 yars ago...he will do and say anything so his fans won't forget him!
Now we are well beyond ridiculous... https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/alonso-details-red-bull-offers-seeks-horner-apology/3163474/?nrt=54 Rgds
Alonso is pathetic...but hey, since he had no problems on sending Mosley e-mails that burnt mclaren, i'm pretty sure he won't have any problems showing the mails Horner sent to him!
Ahahah, now it's Horner demanding alonso's excuses for lying his ass off...hahah, are we in kindergarden???
But what's the big deal about this story anyway? Is Alonso trying to raise his stake by pretending some top team wanted him? Does he feel bitter because he was rejected?
VERY SIMPLE Alonso is worried about his legacy and that he was forced out of F1. He is trying to make it look like he had these offers from top teams but decided he wanted to do other stuff. It's complete BS as RB has been stating.
Si Since his 2 titles, his "legacy" hasn't been that great. Of course he missed the title a couple of times at Ferrari, but the bad smell of deceit and controversy had been following him everywhere.
I'd believe Alonso more than I would Horner every day of the week...and that's even if Fernando were lying.
He isn’t that dumb a fox to have had Honda pay him £30million or whatever for three seasons, plus endorsements etc, while driving around in a **** box that can’t finish a race most of the time..... easy money it seems to me. I’d rather earn £30mill sitting on my arse watching half the race from the sidelines than risking my arse for red bull at £12mill and still not have a chance of winning
Well Alonso "says" he's a racer and wants to leave a great legacy so the money is not an incentive by those standards. But, if he is lying (and he has a history of doing that) then yes the money he got for what little he had to do justifies the outcome. Either way, you rate him much higher than I do, he's too disruptive to a team and that can only be bad news for any team, let alone Ferrari who are champions at generating turmoil all on their own I would not welcome him back to SF and I don't think they would either. I think DR and SV would have been good for SFerrari as Vettel would have some serious competition and Dan would have had a reliable car and at his worst would have generated some serious points for the WCC whereas Kimi sometimes seems disinterested , and I'm a Kimi fan !! Alonso ? I'm siding with my mate furoni ......
Bye Nando don't let the door slam ur a$$ on the way out. He is now causing yet another minor chaos ...idiot just can't help himself
Horner, to his credit, has never been involved in as many scandals as Alonso. He also has never let down his team, or spilled the beans on them, etc ... So, personally I would trust more the integrity of Christian Horner than the Spaniard.
Yes, while Alonso is concerned of having a decent equipment to fight on track, Lewis is thinking about how he can get more instagram followers or offer champagne to Justin Biber
