I wasn't after sympathy...... if I was why would I come to fchat What got me was that about 20-30 cars drove around me while I was on the road!!! I'm a Sydney boy but this really pissed me off that no-one stopped to see if I was ok

Thinking back, it was a bit scary laying there bleeding all over the road with cars just feet away avoiding the body on the road Seriously, has the world come to this ??!! We care so little about each other that we avoid any contact unless it's stupid social media ??? I gave an aboriginal guy in Redfern the other day all my change in my pocket because he was begging for some cash for food, my work colleague said I was naive giving him any money as he'll just use it to buy glue or grog !! How does he know that !!?? And so what, I earn good money and a few bucks to some guy begging on the street means nothing to me but I hoped it helped him In the middle of a very cold winter (to me) I was walking from the Town Hall station to the QVB building and there was some guy begging for money with NO shoes, NO jumper, NOTHING warm at all and all he kept saying was " spare a $, spare a $" , so I gave him $10, my girlfriend said he probably was a professional beggar Seriously, this world gives me the ****s when you can't do anything nice without there being some underlying sham I refuse to be like the rest of the selfish , indolent world ...... even if I do get called a sucker
